A summary of the published offer. Your signed service agreement defines the scope, billing rules and support commitments for your deployment.
What is free
Initial setup and integration are free, and there is no recurring platform subscription fee. The systems to connect, data migration, responsibilities and rollout plan are documented before onboarding. Additional development is scoped and agreed separately.
Commission
The published rate is 2% up to 100 daily orders, decreasing linearly to 0.5% at 3,000 daily orders. It remains 0.5% above 3,000. Displayed percentages are rounded; calculated fees use the full rate. The calculator applies the selected rate to all entered revenue and uses a 30-day month. It is an estimate, not an invoice.
Items to agree before billing
Your agreement needs to define the order-volume measurement period, when a rate change takes effect, which sales channels count, the revenue basis, refunded and cancelled sales, taxes, delivery charges, reporting and the billing currency. These details are not inferred by the calculator.
Support and consultancy
24/7 on-call support starts at 250 orders per day. At 1,000 orders per day, the offer also includes free consultancy for developing extra features. The support contact method, covered incidents, escalation process and response targets are agreed during onboarding. Consultancy covers exploration, scoping and planning; feature development is separately agreed.
